Rules

1) General Rules

1. Begging for donations is not allowed. However, you are allowed to ask for donations in certain circumstances (e.g. You can say "If you like this leak, feel free to donate if you wish"). Just don't get annoying with it and you should be fine.
2. Making false reports against users is not allowed and will result in a warning or ban.
3. If you help another member break the rules, you are also in violation of the rule you helped them break (Along with this one).
4. The usage of scripts to scrape or make a local copy of content from BreachStars is strictly disallowed. You will be banned if you are found to be scraping threads.
5. Constantly harassing other members is not allowed.
6. Begging to become staff // constantly asking about it is not allowed. If you want to be staff apply in the proper section. If you constantly ask to become staff it will have a negative impact on your staff application, and you will be less likely to be considered.
7. Signing up with "spammy" usernames is not allowed and will result in an immediate ban (e.g. "asdsaddasd", "fw3fer3rewrw3").
8. Your accounts security is your responsibility, if your account gets hacked and someone gets scammed it will be treated the same as if you scammed the person.
9. Scamming (or attempting to scam) a member is a permanent ban. We will also reveal your IP address and email attached to your account. IP addresses are purged weekly.
10. Sharing your account with another user isn't allowed, and you will be held liable if something happens.

2) Posting Rules

1. Attempting to post malware is subject to an immediate ban without any possibility to appeal.
2. Taking hidden content from our forum and reposting it to other places is not allowed, unless you ask for permission from the thread poster beforehand and they allow you to.
3. Survey, URL Shorteners, Referral links, or any type of "monetized" links are not allowed. This includes upload websites where you earn money for sharing a download.
4. You may not post a leak simply to entice sales (e.g. Making a thread in the Databases section, sharing only 10k of the records and then asking people to check out your Sales Thread where you're selling the entire Database).
5. Posting or sharing a dox of another member of the forum is not allowed unless you were given permission to attempt to dox them beforehand.
6. Any NSFW Content is strictly disallowed in all sections. Posting NSFW related content will result in a warning.
7. Any discussion or sharing of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) will result in you immediately being banned. All information we have on you will be made public and you will be reported to NCMEC.
8. Unlike most forums, you are allowed to talk freely about different forums (e.g. you can mention and talk about cracked.io, nulled.to, exploit.in, xss.is etc). You are also allowed to advertise your own forum, if you pay us.
9. Make sure that what you're posting hasn't been shared on the forums before. If you're caught constantly reposting stuff you may be punished.
10. Titles that are spam, clickbait, or have lots of emojis // special characters in them are not allowed (e.g. "【☄️LEDGER.COM FULL SQL DATABASE☄️】【✔️FREE BITCOINS✔️】【✨UPDATED✨】【❤️LIKE❤️】【⭐2022⭐】"). Keep your titles clear and concise.
11. You may only bump your Threads once every 24 hours. If you attempt to bypass this rule you will be banned.
12. This is an English speaking forum, you're expected to speak English.

3) Advertising Rules

1. Advertising in your avatar, signature, usertitle & private message(s) is not allowed unless you have Superstar rank or higher.
2. Advertisements in your signature should be products owned by you or something you're affiliated with. You are responsible if something goes wrong with a product you're advertising.
3. Once you pay us and are authorised to post an advertisement thread please post it in the correct section. All advertisements for products should be posted in the Marketplace section.

4) Marketplace Rules

1. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell databases that are public. You are responsible for checking if databases are public before making a sales thread.
2. Claiming a member is a scammer underneath their posts without proof is not allowed. Please report the member that scammed you to staff instead so action can be taken.
3. Proxy selling for someone is allowed, as long as you understand that you're responsible if someone gets scammed. You will be held fully liable as if it was a product you were selling directly.
4. Posting a sales thread with no sample attached is not allowed and can result in your thread being deleted by staff.
5. Creating multiple sales threads for what is essentially the same product is not allowed (e.g. creating multiple threads like "Facebook scraped Data Iran 12k Users", "Facebook scraped data USA 421k Users", "Facebook scraped data "UK 210K Users" etc wouldn't be allowed).
6. If you're selling cracked lines from databases, you must prove to staff that you have uniquely cracked lines that have not been seen before.
7. If you're selling data that has been checked to be registered against specific websites (e.g. You're selling Numbers checked against WhatsApp) you must state the original source of the data if it's a public source (e.g. Using the numbers from the Facebook Scrape).
8. If you're buying data it is assumed that you aren't allowed to leak the data publicly unless the seller allows you to. Leaking data that has been sold to you without the permission of the seller is grounds to be permanently banned.

5) Reputation System Rules

1. You are allowed to give reputation for any reason, besides the reasons that are disallowed below.
2. You are not allowed to sell, buy, or trade reputation.
3. Asking for reputation in posts is not allowed.
4. You aren't allowed to mass rep people (giving loads of people rep, hoping they will give you rep in return). This will result in all positive reputation on your profile being deleted.
5. Claiming someone is a scammer in reputation is okay, as long as there is valid proof.
