1. Your username on BreachStars
2. Your username on BFv2
3. The rank you had on BFv2 and proof of it (transaction ID, Screenshot of your rank on BFv2, verification from other forum users, etc.)
The information provided will be used to try and verify the rank you originally had. If we have no way of verifying you will not receive your rank. Since we aren't associated with any predecessors we don't have necessary intricate data to completely verify you, verification will likely be KBA.
