User posted databases shouldn't cost credits

Real, the whole purpose was to remove all leechers and spam 4 creds, as well as credits aintexpensive when it comes to majority of them being 4 credits per unlock. Either contribute to the community via leaking for credits, or financially support the community via buying an upgrade or credits directly. This community is to foster actual organic activity instead of users posting "Hey good leak" never getting the leak, then gaining credits from it. Ruins the point of credits having a financial tie to them.
