User posted databases shouldn't cost credits because they are just re-sharing what has already been posted to other sits (unless they are the source of the breach themselves)

A lot of the breaches could be old breaches too, like the one I just posted as I thought it was going to be free to access. The user posted breaches should be free as this is kind of an archive of past breaches and and breaches that are already free and public somewhere else.

Instead you can make it where users have to reply in order to view posts or have a certain amount of contributions in order to see the other databases.

It's a good suggestion, but on the other hand, storing data and reuploading it also takes a lot of time for users (especially if it's a large leak, like imagine reuploading NPD for free), so I don't support it. It might be cool to give a one-time reward for reposting. For example, 4 credits, but I don't think it will be implemented.

Disagree, this forum will not be filled with spam and leechers. We are not trying to become RaidForums and BreachForums all over again. This is a fresh start. Everything will be new.
